Description: THE SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM WAS BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE WITH A MAJOR TRANSFORMATION. STARTING WITH REMOVING THE DAMAGED DRYWALL THROUGHOUT, DROP CEILING, FOLDING TABLE, UTILITY SINK AND MISCELLANEOUS WALL FIXTURES. ONCE REPLACING THE DRYWALL THROUGHOUT, THE ROOM RECEIVED CERAMIC WALL TILE BEHIND THE WASHING MACHINES AND REPAINTED THE REMAINING SPACE. A NEW DROP CEILING WITH ADDED LIGHTING WAS INSTALLED TO BRIGHTEN THE SPACE, AND A CUSTOM FOLDING TABLE WITH A QUARTZ COUNTERTOP WAS INSTALLED. WORKING IN UNISON WITH OUR CLIENT’S ELECTRICIAN, FIRE SAFETY AND HVAC TEAM, NEW STACKABLE DRYERS WERE ROUGHED-IN AND ADDED TO MAXIMIZE THE SPACE. LASTLY, A DEEP CLEAN OF THE EXISTING CERAMIC FLOORING AND GROUT WAS THE FINISHING TOUCH THIS SPACE NEEDED.
