Description: a new 12′ x 20′ detached garage was constructed which included a pourED-in-place floating slab, power operated garage door, man door and modern entrance light. the garage envelope included a steel roof and vinyl siding. the interior was completed with insulation, vapour barrier, drywall walls, lighting, baseboard heaters and storage shelving.
